for the menu i wanted it link with the poster, flyers and the logo. so i keep the layout and the look of the menu simple modern and clear, easy to read and follow even in low lighting. i used the red from the logo throughout the menu to link it with the logo. used a lot of white space to make it easy on the eye so there not too much going on to make the black type standout more and easy to see. the menu will be printed on as thick matte as i can the menu could even be printed on water proof paper to stop it from being damaged from drinks. the menu is A5 perfect size could also be A4 but think that would be too big. also having A5 lowers the cost of producing it. the menu has been stable bind but could be saddle stitched so more drinks and pages could be adding on thought the year. the typeface i used was helvetica neue light to link with the logo and because it a very clear simple typeface to read.
