from looking at the psychical bottle design i want to have a paper martial label a lot of perfume brands do this and i think it give it a high end look and i also like the texture it gives to the label. from my research 2 that really stand out to me is the Jo Malone and Chanel bottle designs, they follow the saying form follows function they are very minimal and the layout flows really well and has a luxury image. from the Jo Malone design i want to use the the shape of the label and the square around the text also making the less important in a light grey colour and place at the bottom. from the chanel bottle i want to use there way of keeping it really simple and clean using a white stock with black type. Also not having the ingredients the bottle to keep it clean and high end the ingredients will be on the packaging.
The bottle shape for my perfume will be square or rectangle from looking at unisex perfumes most of them are in these shape bottles and also talking to my peers and friends they also think the bottle should be one of them shapes.
