The packaging for the perfume is mostly a standard box, Chanel use a standard design and a simple box. However the simple look links in well with the physical bottle design. As my bottle design is minimal i will keep this style on the packaging. from look at the boxes Creed had a nice texture to the box, the texture gave it a bit more and a more luxury feel to it something that i need to think about when choosing the stock. Also placing the barcode on the bottom of the packaging is a great way at hiding it that is something i will defiantly apply to my design. For the stock i want an off white and a paper that has some texture. from looking at my own bottle design i want to use the same elements like colour, type and the minimal image. this will hopefully keep my packaging looking luxury and high end.
